This venue provides comprehensive services, including the collection and provision of information on social welfare in general, and the training of providers of various welfare services. There are both indoor and outdoor facilities, including a small meeting room for about 24 pax, a hall for about 300 pax, and an event plaza for about 2,000 pax, and the venue can accommodate from small to large workshops and meetings. There is also the Social Welfare Library and a restaurant.
